With Larry spending most of his afternoons either fixing things in their basement or upstairs sharing pizza, cheap beer and terrible Christmas movies with everyone else, it felt just like old times. It was good to be in the same room with some of her favorite people again. Todd, Neil and Sal regularly inviting her over had helped to keep her loneliness at bay, anyway. As depressing as she found it by herself, the prospect of being trapped in a car between Ben and Grandma Tati for nine hours while Tati argued with her daughter and Ben complained- all in the name of family togetherness, of course- felt infinitely less appealing. They were two days into the week separating Christmas from New Year, and rather than joining her family on their road trip to the mountains, Ash had opted to stay in Nockfell and watch the house. Hell was real, and it looked like Bal*Mart on Black Friday.) (She gave an involuntary shudder over her microwaved chowder, briefly flashing back to Thanksgiving of 1996. Ash had worked longer shifts in high school. Fortunately, Christmas seems to happen ANNUALLY, so it is once again seasonal! and then promptly forgot it existed until unwittingly rediscovering it again in my drafts sometime earlier. Whatever the literary equivalent of that is. So long ago and far away, I wrote a Christmas fic detailing some of Larry and Ash’s youthful adventures, got distracted, put it somewhere to. They’d beg their parents for quarters every friday Larry and ash used to go to the arcade a lot in middle school he probably used it as an escapism in new jersey to get away from all the bullying i think he’d be a math and science person and not a english and history person So larry didn’t really have a best friend kinda? i mean he was close with ashley, todd, and chug but he wasn’t as close with them as he was to travis and salĪsh probably had an anime drawing phase yikes
and then travis’s dad told travis that him and larry couldn’t be friends anymore and so that ended the friendship between travis, larry, ash, and, toddīut larry, ash, and todd remained friends ovi larry and travis used to be best friends and larry, travis, ashley, and, todd were all in a friend group.

Travis was probably being mean to todd about being gay and larry beat him up Larry and maple dated in like 7th or 8th grade for like a month-ish lol Okay so most of these are like before any of the events in the video game happened/pre sal moving to nockfell So, I recently started researching the "Son of Sam" case, and found it is very similar to the events of Sally Face, I believe this might've inspired it, or at least parts of itġ ・ the first murder took place in 1976, Sal Fisher/Sally Face was born in 1976 (as image at bottom of post says)Ģ ・ on August 16th Sal, and his parents went on a picnic of which was the same event and his mom died, the "Son of Sam" was captured August 10th, and the "Son of Sam" grew distant with his dad after his mom died in his early teensģ ・ one of the "Son of Sam"s victim's name is "Sal Lupo"Ĥ ・ although he story changes a lot, he'd originally claimed his apartment neighbor Sam Carr he was "possessed by a 6,000 year old demon" and his Black Labrador Retriever - who he also claimed was possessed by a demon - had barked out the instructions to kill "pretty women"ĥ ・ he then said that wasn't the case, he just wanted to kill "pretty woman" because when he tried to get in touch with his birth mom and half sister it was unsatisfying, and girls would constantly call him "ugly", and he blamed his mother for not being able to have a girlfriend (probably since she cheated)
